Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied in any way, please send us an email at modacacaochicago@gmail.com within 15 days of your original purchase. Ship them to us any way you wish and we will refund you the purchase price of your items within 5-7 business days. Please reference your order number, found in your order confirmation email, in your return email.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached.

Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Moda Cacao does not provide return shipping labels. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item you bought from us, we will try to accommodate you as best as we can. If your item is out of stock, we can provide you credit to use towards any other items in our shop, or we can refund you the entire amount back to the payment method you used when you purchased your items. When exchanging an item, please send us an email to modacacaochicago@gmail.com within 15 days of your original purchase. Please include your order number in your exchange email.

Damaged Items

If you received your item damaged, please let us know at modacacaochicago@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the damage in your email. If you would like to be refunded for shipping your item back to us, please include a shipping receipt as well. Moda Cacao will refund up to $10 of return shipping charges, provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost.
Credit
Credit for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your credit covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. If we are processing a refund for you, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the return credit. You may use store credit immediately after your return has been processed. Moda Cacao does not credit original shipping charges.
